Introduction and Agreement to Terms

CLOBr, accessible through CLOBr.io ("the Website"). This document, along with our Privacy Policy and any other notices or agreements posted on the Website, constitutes the Terms of Service governing your use of our services ("the Services"). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Service Description

CLOBr provides real-time analytics and monitoring tools for decentralized exchange (DEX) liquidity pools and order books on the Solana blockchain. Our services include but are not limited to token analytics, price tracking, liquidity analysis, and alert systems.

Account Registration and User Responsibility

To access certain features of the Website, you must register an account. By registering an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Not permit others to use your account or transfer it to any other person or entity
• Not use the account, username, or password of another registered user
• Take sole responsibility for any activities under your account

API Usage, Data Rights, and Rate Limits

If you use our API services, you agree to:

• Comply with our posted API rate limits
• Not share your API keys with third parties or expose them publicly
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations, rate limits, or restrictions

• Maintain the security of your API keys and immediately revoke any compromised keys

• Cache responses when appropriate to minimize redundant API calls

CLOBr reserves the right to change API specifications, rate limits, and endpoint functionality without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to announce significant changes through our documentation or via email.

Data Usage and Distribution Rights:

• You may use CLOBr's API data as an input to your own products and applications
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish CLOBr's data without obtaining an express distribution license from CLOBr
• Any commercial redistribution of CLOBr's data requires a separate distribution license agreement
• You must maintain attribution to CLOBr as the data source in your applications
• CLOBr reserves the right to revoke API access if data is used in violation of these terms

Data Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, you acknowledge that:

• Market data may have delays or inaccuracies
• Historical data may be incomplete or contain errors
• Technical issues may affect service availability or accuracy

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
