How is billing handled?
Pick monthly, quarterly or annual. Card payments through Stripe renew automatically each period; quarterly and annual lock in a lower per-month rate.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Pay with crypto through Helio using the same email as your CLOBr account. Crypto purchases are one-time per term and renew manually rather than auto-charging.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a Stripe subscription from your account at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Helio terms simply run out and are not auto-renewed.
What happens to my alerts if Premium lapses?
Your alert configurations are saved, but they stop firing while you are on the free tier. Resubscribe and they resume immediately with no setup.
