DLMM Pool Features

  • Pool Statistics: View current price, total liquidity, token reserves, base fees, dynamic fees, and bin step
  • 24hr Pool Performance: Track fees earned, trading volume, and fee-to-TVL ratio across multiple time windows with sparkline visualizations
  • Liquidity Distribution Chart: Visualize how liquidity is distributed across different price bins
  • Top Liquidity Providers: See the largest LPs in the pool, their position sizes, token holdings, and fees claimed
  • Position-Level Analysis: Click individual LP positions to see their exact bin distribution and token allocation
  • External Links: Quick access to view the pool on Meteora, Solscan, DexTools, and other ecosystem tools

LPs can use this to optimize positions. Traders can see where concentrated liquidity sits relative to price.

Understanding DLMM Pools

DLMM is Meteora's concentrated liquidity protocol. LPs deposit into specific price bins instead of spreading across all prices.

Key DLMM Concepts

  • Price Bins: Discrete price levels where liquidity can be deposited. The bin step determines the price spacing between bins.
  • Active Bin: The current price bin where trades are executing. This is where the current market price sits.
  • Base Fee: The minimum fee charged on all trades in the pool.
  • Dynamic Fee: Variable fee that adjusts based on market volatility to protect liquidity providers during volatile periods.
  • Liquidity Shape: The distribution pattern of liquidity across price bins, which can be uniform, concentrated, or customized based on LP strategy.

Using DLMM Analysis for Trading

DLMM pool structure can inform trading:

  • Support/resistance: Heavy liquidity in specific bins often acts as S/R
  • Liquidity gaps: Thin areas between bins can see fast price moves when crossed
  • LP positioning tells: More liquidity above current price = bearish LP sentiment. More below = bullish.
  • Fee signals: High dynamic fees usually mean recent volatility or LPs pricing in risk

Tips

  • Compare liquidity distribution across multiple pools for the same token
  • Watch for changes in top LP positions—that can signal smart money moving
  • Use the 24hr sparklines to find pools with consistent fee generation
  • Check bin distribution for thin areas where price could move fast
